You’ll find us at 1930 Eastwood Road, Suite 140, Wilmington, NC 28403.

Parking is easy! We have plenty of spaces available directly in front of the studio, as well as additional parking surrounding the building.

Bring a water bottle and grip socks. If you don’t have grip socks, we have them available for purchase in studio! We also have a water refill station so you can top off your bottle before or after class.

Life happens! We offer a 5-minute grace period, so if you’re running a few minutes behind, you can quietly join class. For your safety and the flow of class, clients arriving more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be admitted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We understand that plans change! To avoid penalties, please cancel your reservation online at least 12 hours before your scheduled class.
● Class Pack or Single Class Clients: A late cancellation or no-show will result in one class being deducted from your package.
● Unlimited Members: A $15 late cancellation fee or the drop-in rate for a no-show will be charged to the card on file.

Join the waitlist! If a spot becomes available, you’ll automatically be added to the class and receive an email and/or text notification (be sure your notification settings are enabled).
If it’s within the 12-hour cancellation window, we recommend checking the booking app regularly, as last-minute spots often become available and can be booked manually.

If you’re recovering from an injury, managing limitations, or would simply like individualized instruction, we highly recommend starting with a private session.
If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, we require all clients to begin with our Fundamentals class before progressing to Sculpt or Jump. Building a strong foundation helps you move safely, confidently, and get the most out of every class.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. For everyone’s safety and experience, our doors lock 5 minutes after class begins.
Grip socks are required and are available for purchase at the studio.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
All personal belongings, including your phone, should be stored in the cubbies before class. Feel free to take photos or videos before or after class.
New to the Reformer? Start with our Fundamentals class. Our Sculpt and Jump classes require previous Reformer experience. Building a strong foundation first will help you move safely, confidently, and get the most out of every class.
