Get to know
your instructors

Our founder opened this studio after Pilates gave her real strength, better posture, and a level of core strength she didn't know was possible. She wanted to build a place in Wilmington where other people could get that too, so the studio — the vibe, the class structure, who she hired to teach — wasn't left to chance.

The team comes from all over: dance, figure skating, yoga, competitive athletics, even the medical field. That means no two instructors teach the same class the same way. One's precise and classically trained, another's dance-inspired and high-energy, another's slower and more deceptively hard than it looks. Take a few different classes and you'll figure out fast who your instructor is. What they all have in common: real training and an actual interest in you getting stronger, whether it's your first class or your five-hundredth.
